A proud father of 5 children Chris has been a part of the Alliston Volkswagen family since 2012. Being in automotive since 2002 Chris knows his way around a dealership. Currently, Chris is our Finance Manager and works with all the major lenders setting up loans and leases for all our customers. Having past management positions in publishing Chris brings a ton of experience to our operation. Also running the Wasaga Beach slow pitch league and being an active skier Chris has a very active life outside the dealership. Chris is always available to field any finance or lease questions and is more than happy to get you a pre-approval for any loan or lease.

Ursula has been a part of the Alliston Volkswagen family for over 26 years now. Ursula works behind the scenes completing many different service administrative tasks that keep our department running efficiently. Ursula is the wife of our Master Technician Thomas and they are both outdoor enthusiasts and can be found in the great wilderness in their free time. Also participating in mission trips, to Ukraine most recently they are always looking for ways to assist others in need.

Jim Costa is a veteran VW Certified Licensed Technician with over 25 years of service experience here at Alliston Volkswagen. Like the rest of the service department, he is knowledgeable and approachable whenever you have a question or concern. He specializes in Volkswagen technology but is adept at solving issues on all makes and models.
When not working, he has a busy family and social life. He is married and is the father of two beautiful active teenage daughters. He is constantly on the run to either car shows or enjoying family time biking, hiking, snowmobiling, ATVing and exploring backroads and scenic parks.

Thomas is our Master Technician at Alliston Volkswagen and certainly deserves his title as he has been a part of the Alliston Volkswagen family for over 34 years now. Thomas is the husband of Ursula our service administrator. Thomas and Ursula are both outdoor enthusiasts and can be found in the great wilderness in their free time. Also participating in mission trips, to Ukraine most recently they are always looking for ways to assist others in need.
